ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are usually processed within 1-4 business days. On some occasions an order may take up to 7 business days to process. Once orders are processed, an email is sent for shipping notification with a tracking link once shipped.
Please make sure shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for packages that fail delivery because of customer address error. Please double check your shipping address. International Orders that fail delivery will not be refunded.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We are a US-based company that ships from a warehouse in the United States. International Orders will be shipped from our Warehouse located in China for faster delivery.
SHIPPING TIME FOR USA
You can expect your package to delivered and in your hands within 3-7 business days excluding processing times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME (NON-U.S.)
Delivery time can vary for other countries. But in general, it can take about 1 to 4 weeks once shipped. If you for some reason do not receive your order within 60 days( 95% of orders will reach our customers within 25 days or less.) Contact us at Support@TrippyNeeds.com and we will make it right.
CUSTOMS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs on orders shipped outside USA may apply. This includes all other countries, except the US. The Courier services may send you an invoice for customs, which the customer will be responsible to pay. Check with your local customs authority to check charges before ordering.
